Natasha completed a Bachelor of Laws on academic scholarship at Bond University and a Master of Laws at Queensland University of Technology where she was awarded the Tony Dick Memorial Prize for outstanding community contribution. Following her admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2012, Natasha has had the opportunity to work in law firms in both Australia and the USA, including in Top Tier Australian workplace relations practices.
Natasha advised clients across the public and private sectors, in both contentious and strategic employment matters. Natasha has acted for a range of clients including small and large companies, local governments, schools, not-for-profits and executive employees.
Natasha’s experience extends to all aspects of workplace relations including unfair dismissals, general protections, discrimination and sexual harassment, workers’ compensation, managing ill and injured employees, employment contracts and contractual disputes, enterprise agreements, modern awards, disciplinary processes, restructuring and executive employment. Natasha’s focus is on providing thoughtful and practical advice to her clients, working with them to develop and implement strategies that appropriately respond to the various workplace relations challenges that arise.
