Caroline is an experienced practitioner in employment and industrial relations law across a range of industries including manufacturing, mining, rail and construction. Caroline’s work involves providing strategic advice, drafting enterprise agreements and advising on negotiations for enterprise agreements (including code compliance for the construction industry), responding to industrial action and advising and representing clients in termination of employment matters.
Caroline has significant experience in regulatory prosecutions – both civil penalty proceedings as well as workplace health and safety prosecutions.
Prior to working at Franklin Athanasellis Cullen, Caroline worked as a solicitor at a leading national law firm, an Associate to Senior Deputy President Richards of Fair Work Australia (as it was then) and a lawyer at the Fair Work Ombudsman.
Caroline has also spent many years advising clients and supervising matters at Caxton Legal Centre’s employment law clinic.
