Bill has over 30 years’ experience working with employer clients in the health, education, manufacturing, mining, transport (ports, road and rail), gas, sugar and building and construction industries. Bill represents clients in all aspects of employment law and workplace relations including workplace health and safety investigations and prosecutions.
Senior employees in both the private sector and government also call upon Bill’s advice on a wide range of employment matters including remuneration, termination of employment, contractual disputes, workplace investigations, disciplinary proceedings and Crime and Corruption Commission interviews and proceedings. Bill regularly advises senior medical practitioners, academics and public servants.
