Lachlan Francis

Lachlan has experience across a range of workplace relations fields, such as investigations into bullying and harassment, and in defending unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination claims. He also drafts employment contracts and advises on enterprise agreement bargaining and industrial action mitigation.


Lachlan was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2025 after graduating from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) in 2024. Lachlan draws on his qualifications in psychology and law to deliver practical, people-focused legal solutions that support the firm’s clients to navigate complex workplace issues and building safe, compliant, and productive work environments.
