Ashlee has been advising companies, government departments, employees and senior executives on industrial relations and employment law since 2013.

She has acted for clients in employment litigation in the FWC (including appeals), the QIRC, the Federal Circuit Court, Federal Court (including appeals) and the Magistrates, District and Supreme Court of QLD (and NSW). Claims included breach of contract, restraint of trade, unfair dismissal, discrimination, general protections, FWO prosecutions, employee status disputes (casual status, employee/contractor status), and enterprise bargaining and agreement disputes.

Ashlee also regularly advises clients in respect of performance management and disciplinary issues, managing long term sickness absence, restructures and redundancies, business transfers, restrictive covenants and contractual arrangements.
